HOHOE EVANGELICAL PRESBYTERIAN
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SET THE PACE
The implementation of the just
recently passed disability law was something I personally thought would never
come into being until my recent visit to the Hohoe Evangelical Presbyterian
Senior High School in the Volta Region of Ghana. The school’s authorities aside from the created staircase that allows easy movement of students in and out of
their classrooms have also created the platform you can see in the pictures above to allow unfortunate disabled students to equally access classrooms like
any other student on both legs can do without any difficulty. This wonderful phenomenon is a signal to our
national leaders for possible consideration. I equally congratulate the
authorities of the school for the wonderful initiative and kudos to them.
